Treasurer– Brendan Sweeney
Brendan Sweeney graduated from UC Davis in Spring 2022 with a degree in Political Science - Public Service and Economics. While he had planned to study as a biomedical engineer, his fury over the environmentally destructive policies of the Trump Administration drove him to seek a role in public service instead. Brendan now works as a Congressional aide and is particularly interested in energy, housing, social services, and emergency management policy. He is very proud to work with other young Democrats who seek a brighter future for our community and nation.
Communications Director– Omar Lopez
Omar Lopez is a second year political science student at the Santa Rosa Junior College. He has been living in Santa Rosa since 2013 after moving from Mendocino County. Omar is a passionate and engaged member of the community. He is a current member of the Santa Rosa General Update Community Advisory Committee. He previously served on the Santa Rosa City Schools Board of Education as the Student Board Member for the scholastic year 2020-21. He has spent years building relationships with the community and its leaders across the board.

Member at Large – Iliana Madrigal
Iliana graduated from USF with a Master’s Degree in Urban and Public Affairs in Spring 2022. She is also active locally in both politics and community activism. Iliana is a member of the Sonoma County Democratic Central Committee. She is also a commissioner on Sonoma County's Human Rights Commission and serves on the board of Petaluma People Services Center.
